When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein. When you access any of the sub-Sites (whether belonging to an 'associate' of the Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Sites may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Sites.

These Terms and Conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you with respect to your use of this Site.

 

Site and Its Contents

Ø  This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose

Ø  Skyline.co.in currently does not accept cards issued outside India.

Ø  Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered members. To become a registered member, you may be required to answer certain questions or provide certain details. Answers to such questions or details required may be mandatory and/or optional. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us, about yourself, and others, is true and accurate.

The Company does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the material on the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise, insofar as such material is derived from other service providers such as airlines, hotel owners and tour operators.

Ø  You acknowledge that this Site is provided only on the basis set out in these terms and conditions. Your uninterrupted access or use of this Site on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the Internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Website. The Company does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.

Ø  You also acknowledge that through this Site, the Company merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate booking of tickets and hotel services to you. Company is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, Company shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this Site.

Ø  Company will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site.

Ø  If for any reason, the law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of the Company shall be limited to such amount paid by the user and retained by the Company for the transaction in question.

 

General Provitions

Ø  The Company may add to, modify or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time as it may deem fit, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

Ø  The Company may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

Ø  The Company reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of the Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, the Company may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

Ø  You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your own risk as to cost and consequences.

Ø  Company requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.

Ø  By offering bookings for sale travel to particular destinations, the Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such a point is advisable or without risk. The Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

Ø  The Company reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. The Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

Ø  The Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.

Ø  No waiver by the Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

 

Disputes

Ø  If any dispute arises between you and the Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Amritsar. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

Ø  The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.

Ø  These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Amritsar, Punjab. 

 

Transit VISA

If you are travelling via USA, UK and Australia to a third country, you may need a Transit VISA. please check the Transit VISA requirement before issuing the ticket.

 

Domestic Flight Booking Terms

Ø  The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.

Ø  You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

Ø  There will be no refund for non-refundable tickets.

Ø  In case of no-show, refund or changes will be as per Airline Terms and conditions.

Ø  Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 60 days.

Ø  To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

Ø  Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

Ø  All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.

Ø  We recommend user to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.

Ø  By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline

Ø  Skyline.co.in charges a non-refundable convenience fee of Rs. 250/- for one-way flights and Rs. 350/- for round-trip flights additionally on per passenger basis.

Ø  Special Fares are applicable for minimum two and maximum nine passengers in one booking

Ø  Seats are subject to availability

Ø  Special Fares are not applicable on group bookings

Ø  Normal baggage allowance applicable for these fares

Ø  All statutory taxes, surcharges and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel

Ø  Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s).

 

Check-in:

Ø  As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.

Ø  For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.

Ø  The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.

Ø  Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

 

Amendments:

Ø  Every booking made on Skyline.co.in is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

Ø  If you amend your booking, you will be charged the penalty and difference of fare if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected

Ø  In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Skyline.co.in charges an amendment-handling fee of Rs 300 per passenger per segment.

Ø  We will collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We will also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

Ø  Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.

Ø  All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Ø  Every booking made on Skyline.co.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

Ø  Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.

Ø  Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by by logging into your Skyline.co.in account or you can also send us an email at info@Skyline.co.in

Ø  Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However Skyline.co.in cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher

Ø  Skyline.co.in online cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Skyline.co.in will charge Rs 250 per passenger per segment for each cancellation.

Ø  Skyline.co.in offline cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Skyline.co.in will charge Rs 250 per passenger per segment for each cancellation done with assistance from customer care.

Ø  Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. Skyline.co.in shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.

Ø  For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you will need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.

Ø  For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you will need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.

Ø  If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Skyline.co.in will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

Refund:

Ø  It is mandatory to contact Skyline.co.in for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at skyline.co.in .

Ø  All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to intimate to Skyline Travels by Email in order to initiate the refunds process

Ø  Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.

Ø  Convenience charge of INR 250/- for one-way flight and INR 350/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests

Ø  The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal in 10-15 days. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.

Ø  On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Ø  In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Ø  The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).

Ø  Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

 

Meal Selection Policy

Ø  The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight was cancelled by the airlines).

Ø  The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.

Ø  The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.

Ø  The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

 

International Flight Booking Terms

Ø  The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.

Ø  You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

Ø  Name entered in traveler's details should be exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed.

Ø  There will be no refund for non-refundable tickets.

Ø  In case of no-show, refund or changes will be as per Airline Terms and conditions.

Ø  Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.

Ø  For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.

Ø  Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.

Ø  To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare

Ø  Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

Ø  Skyline.co.in is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.

Ø  Skyline.co.in will charge transaction fees for availing the Skyline.co.in Services. Skyline.co.in reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the Skyline.co.in Services.

Ø  Skyline.co.in charges a non-refundable convenience fee of Rs. 499/- for one-way flights and Rs. 499/- for round-trip flights additionally on per passenger basis.

Ø  Skyline.co.in reserves the right to cancel any booking made by any travel agent using promotional offers for business purpose without any prior notice. The promotional offers are strictly meant for bookings booked for personal travel only.

 

Check-in:

Ø  The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.

Ø  As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.

Ø  Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.

Ø  You need to carry appropriates travels permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. Skyline.co.in is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).

 

Amendments:

Ø  Skyline.co.in can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you will need to contact the airline directly

Ø  Every booking made on Skyline.co.in is subject to amendment charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

Ø  If you amend your booking, you will be charged the penalty and fare difference in fare in any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.

Ø  In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Skyline.co.in charges an amendment service fee of Rs 800 per passenger.

Ø  We will collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We will also collect the penalty and fare difference if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

Ø  Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.

Ø  All amendments should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.

Ø  Every booking made on Skyline.co.in is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

Ø  Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will no refund in such cases.

Ø  On top of the airline's cancellation charges, Skyline.co.in charges a service fee of Rs 1000 per passenger per journey for all cancellations.

Ø  Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However, Skyline.co.in cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher

Ø  If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Skyline.co.in will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

 

Refunds:

Ø  It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.skyline.co.in

Ø  Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 7 to 15 days.

Ø  Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

In addition to above terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you. The terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you applies to you.

 

HOLIDAYS BOOKING TERMS

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOLIDAY BOOKING TERMS.

Ø  You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.

Ø The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown on the Site are just quotations and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.

Ø  You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.

Ø  Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.

Ø  In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the same standard.

Ø  You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control including but not limited to force majeure events etc.

Ø  In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.

Ø  Before placing an order you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.

Ø  We act as a mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the supplier.

Ø  The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.

Ø  We request you to obtain suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves.

Ø  We only commit ourselves to a careful choice and control of our suppliers. Incidentally, the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.

Ø  Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.

Ø  The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Amritsar only.

 

BUS BOOKING TERMS

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC BUS BOOKING TERMS.

Skylinetravels.co.in responsibilities does not include:

Ø  The bus operator’s bus not departing / reaching on time.

Ø  The bus operator's employees being rude.

Ø  The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.

Ø  The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.

Ø  The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.

Ø  The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.

Ø  The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).

Ø  The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.

 

Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:

Ø  A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket, ticket e-mail).

Ø  Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.

Ø  Passengers are required to reach the boarding place 30 min prior to the scheduled departure time.

 

Change in Bus Type:

In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.

 

Ticket Cancellation:

Cancellation of tickets can be done on the internet (online) or by calling on the customer care number (offline).

To cancel the tickets online via user account, Users shall have to complete the following procedure:

Ø  Log on to www.skyline.co.in

Ø  Click on the sign in link at the top right.

Ø  Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.

Ø  The User can either cancel his/her entire booking or partial booking.

Cancellation of tickets after cancellation hours mentioned in cancellation policy:

The User will have to contact the bus operator to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the bus operator shall lie with the User.

 

Bus Cancellation Policy

Ø  Day of journey Cancellation                             NO Refund

Ø  1 Day before date of journey                           40% Refund

Ø  2 Days before date of journey                          65% Refund

Ø  3 Days before date of journey                          75% Refund

Bus Service provider cancellation charges may be different from above-mentioned standard charges.

Skyline Travels will charge INR 50 as cancellation charge per ticket above Bus cancellation fees.

 

HOTEL TERMS

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOTEL TERMS.

Ø  The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.

Ø  Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy& seasonality.

Ø  Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.

Ø  It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

Ø  The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Ø  The Company offers FREE CANCELLATION to all its hotel booking users apart from 3% surcharge (including GST) which is charged to the company at the time of making payment via credit card or net banking. This means the Company does not levy any cancellation fees of its own over & above hotel cancellation charges.

Ø  Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.

Ø  Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-center.

Ø  Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, whatsapp or e-mail.

Ø  If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged as per the cancellation policy of the hotel.

Ø  Bookings done under offers are not refundable.
